A non-commissioned officer in the US Air Force and a woman are facing first-degree felony charges over the death of an Ohio man.
Tech Sergeant Michael Clark and Angelina Hamrick, have been accused of killing Hamrick’s husband, Jason Hamrick, in Clermont County, OH.
Mr. Hamrick was found face-down in a ditch outside of his home in late June, according to authorities.
Angelina Hamrick has been charged with aggravated murder. Clark has been charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated murder.
The Daily Mail reports that the two suspects were taken into custody without incident and that the USAF is aware of Clark’s involvement.
“We are fully aware that TSgt Clark was arrested for conspiracy to commit aggravated murder,” a Dyess Air Force Base spokesperson said. “It is currently under investigation by Clermont County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio. They are very serious allegations and go against everything we stand for as United States Air Force airmen.”
The pair are expected to attend arraignments later today.
