Pilot injured in F-16 crash at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico


Emergency responders were on the scene Monday evening after an F-16 Viper crashed during landing at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., according to a statement from the 49th Wing.

“The sole pilot on board successfully ejected and is currently being treated for minor injuries,” the statement said of the accident, which happened at approximately 6 p.m.

No other details were immediately available.
